FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for processing of various liquid organic waste, for instance animal dung, bird dung and etc, into biogas and liquid organic fertiliser. Unit for anaerobic digestion of organic waste comprises: anaerobic digester 1 with the main heater of biomass 2, made in the shape of hermetically sealed tank, separated with vertical baffles into sections, charging pipes 9 for raw material and discharging pipes 10 for liquid organic fertiliser, feeding system 3 of raw feedstock, system 4 of biogas extraction with compressor, system 5 of liquid organic fertiliser removal, system 6 of process control, made in the from of programmable computer. Internal volume of the bioreactor is separated with overflow baffle and two baffle-heat exchangers, placed at an angle 120 to each other into three interconnected sections: hydrolised one, connected with the feeding system 3 of raw feed stock through the charging pipe 9, acidogenic and methanogenic ones, connected with the discharging system 5 of liquid organic fertiliser through discharging pipes 10 as well as with the system 4 of biogas extraction. ^ EFFECT: increase of operation efficiency of the unit for anaerobic digestion of organic waste. ^ 4 dwg |
