PURPOSE: A turbo charger equipped with a variable nozzle is provided to implement a simple durable mechanism for driving a vane deflecting the flow of exhaust gas supplied to the turbine. CONSTITUTION: A turbo charger equipped with a variable nozzle comprises a driving ring(9) which is installed coaxially with a nozzle ring(3) and rotates about the nozzle ring, a vane arm which is integrally connected to a pivot shaft of a vane and has at least two branches protruding toward the driving ring, and a plurality of driving grooves which are formed on the driving ring to enable relative rotation between the vane arm and the driving ring at the state where the protruding branches of the vane arm are inserted.
