PURPOSE: An environment-friendly cold resistant tile adhesive is provided to ensure long-term storage in winter by using a phosphate ester emulsifier as a reactive surfactant. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly cold resistant tile adhesive comprises water dispersion acryl emulsion 20~35 weight%, water 20~35 weight% as a dilution solvent, filler 40~55 weight%, dispersing agent 0.03~0.1 weight%, thickening agent 1~6 weight%, ph controlling agent 0.1~1 weight%, and film forming agent 0.01~0.1 weight%. The water dispersion acryl emulsion is a polymerized material prepared by MMA(Methyl MethacrylAte), BAM(Butyl Acrylate Monomer), and sodium bisulfate. |
