CONCENTRATION APPARATUS FOR SLUDGE

PURPOSE: A sludge thickener is provided to improve concentration density by preventing change of a concentration rate while driving a concentrator or a dehydrator stably. CONSTITUTION: A sludge thickener(100) comprises a mixing tank(110), a dehydration filter, a jet water nozzle cleaner(120), a wedge wire drum screen, a driving unit(130). The mixing tank mixes a polymer coagulant or sludge. The mixing tank includes the dehydration filter(112). The dehydration filter filters supernatant. The jet water nozzle cleaner is connected with the mixing tank. The jet water nozzle cleaner cleans concentrated materials on a filtering net. The wedge wire drum screen includes a sludge transfer screw. The driving unit adds driving force for movement of the nozzle cleaner.
