PURPOSE: A method for preparing a food containing Kimchi powder is provided to add Kimchi powder, vitamins, lactobacillus, and cellulose to rice cake or noodles. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a food containing Kimchi powder comprises the following steps of: drying Kimchi and pulverizing it to obtain Kimchi powder(S10); mixing 3-10 parts Kimchi powder, 90-100 parts ingredients selected among wheat flour, rice flour, and buckwheat flour(S20); kneading the dough(S30); and producing a product such as noodles and rice cake(S40).
