PURPOSE: A method for preparing seasoned meat using mushrooms is provided to reduce the specific smell of the meat by the mushrooms. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing seasoned meat using mushrooms comprises the following steps of: putting mushroom in water at a ratio of 3-10% and boiling them; cooling off the mushroom water when the water evaporates by 10-20% of the original amount and extracting the mushroom water; preparing 45-50% mushroom extract, white sugar, soy sauce, finely chopped onion, and malt to obtain a first mixture; adding a seasoning, ground pepper, caramel, peeled garlic, ginger, coke, Korean alcohol, sliced garlic, soybean paste, and red pepper powder to the first mixture to obtain a second mixture; keeping the second mixture at 0-1°C; mixing the second mixture, mushroom slices, and meat together; and packing the seasoned meat and keeping it at 0-2°C.
