PURPOSE: A garlic stalk cutting device is provided to supply a cutter mechanically by using an improved garlic supplier located in front of the cutter. CONSTITUTION: A garlic stalk cutting device(100) comprises a frame(103), cutter, garlic supplier, and stalk discharger. The frame includes a wheel(101) and a handle(102). The cutter is positioned on the frame. The cutter includes a pair of cutting blades to cut garlic stalk. The garlic supplier is installed in front of the cutter to supply garlic to be cut. The stalk discharger is installed behind the cutter to discharge the cut stalk. The garlic supplier comprises a horizontal supplier and slope supplier. The horizontal supplier is installed in front of the cutter and supplies the garlic to the cutter. The slope supplier is inclinedly installed from the top surface of the frame to the end of the horizontal supplier. The horizontal supplier comprises a pair of supplying rollers, spiral transferring groove, and guide. The slope supplier comprises a slope shaft, slope roller, pressurizing bar, and spring. |
