PURPOSE: A multi-channel inspection method and apparatus for measuring the internal quality of fruit are provided to automatically detect the performance of a light source and a beam splitter in real time by directly connecting the spectrum of the light source to the beam splitter, thereby stabilizing the light source and the beam splitter. CONSTITUTION: A multi-channel inspection apparatus for measuring the internal quality of fruit comprises a light source(101), a spare light source(102), optical fiber probes(301~308), multi-channel optical switches(201,202), a processor(502), a power supply(503), and a display(504). The inspection apparatus can measure a reference sample(402) in real time while implementing reflection, transmission, semi-transmission, or interactance method independently. |
