<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a progress management system that improves the efficiency of managing progress conditions of document processing and the efficiency of processing documents, by definitely notifying the progress conditions and various precautions or messages with progress. <P>SOLUTION: A patent progress management system PS manages the progress of the document processing of a patent subject that is achieved by a plurality of work operation processes which are preset time-sequentially. The system includes a reader 300 including: a microphone 310, which inputs a natural voice of an operator, for performing information reading through wireless communication using a wireless tag label T associated with the subject, and also for recording the information as speech data related to the work operation process of the subject; and a loudspeaker 320 for reproducing the speech data recorded in association with the work operation processes on the basis of the information obtained from the wireless tag label T. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
