PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin charging mechanism for easily and correctly charging resin without causing operation defects due to biting-in of resin or the like, even in repeated resin charging. SOLUTION: The resin charging apparatus 100 charges resin 110 contained in a tray 102 into a lower mold 130, and is provided with a container inverting mechanism 104 for inverting the tray 102. The tray 102 is inverted so as to generate pressing force toward the bottom of the tray 102 for all resin contained in the tray 102 at least for a certain time when inverting the tray.
