<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological diagnostic apparatus which quickly responds to unforeseen situations of a patient during setting work by an operator before radiographing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A radiological diagnostic apparatus includes an upright position stand for placing a subject in an upright position, a radiation solid-state detector which is placed on the opposite side of the subject relative to the upright position stand, moves in parallel to the upright position stand, and acquires radiation data of one sheet of radiation image of prescribed dimensions at a plurality of imaging positions respectively, a detector supporting table for supporting the radiation solid-state detector to move vertically, a radiation source placed on the opposite side of the detector supporting table relative to the upright position stand for irradiating the detector in each imaging position with the radiation, and a radiation source supporting table for supporting the radiation source, so that the problem is solved by mounting an imaging region setting device for setting an imaging region of the subject placed on the upright position stand on the detector supporting table in the longitudinal direction along the body axis of the subject.
