<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory control device for enabling a memory device to normally operate even when the state of a memory cell becomes an abnormal state. <P>SOLUTION: This memory control device is provided with a first address control part and a second address control part. The memory control device specifies a memory cell on the basis of the address information by using the first address control part. The memory control device controls the predetermined memory cell to store write information according to the address information and write instruction information including write information. The memory control device detects whether or not state of the memory cell is in an abnormal state on the basis of the information stored in the memory cell. When it is detected that the state of the memory cell is an abnormal state, the memory control device changes the address control part to be used for specifying the memory cell from the first address control part to the second address control part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
