PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement print processing from a printer connected to a thin client while appropriate security characteristics are assured.

SOLUTION: A print management system 10 comprises: a thin client 200 having a file creation instruction means, a file transfer instruction means and a print processing means; a blade server 300 having a file creation instruction reception means, a file creation means and a file transfer means; and another server 100 having a file shift means.
