PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion prevention plate with a soil and sand removal function when the adhesion prevention plate for preventing soil and sand raked up by a pawl from directly attaching themselves to the shield cover is fixed on the shield cover of a rotary implement and especially to eliminate adhesion of soil and sand to the fixation position of the adhesion prevention plate.
