<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the stress on a measuring person in the process of increasing the cuff pressure. <P>SOLUTION: The process of increasing the cuff pressure is executed in a sphygmomanometer in measuring the blood pressure. In the process, information for specifying a target of increase of the cuff pressure is announced.
