<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase driving efficiency of a compressor in a heating operation without degrading heat exchanging efficiency in a cooling operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this air conditioning device 1 having the gas engine driven-type compressor 16 in a machine chamber 63, and comprising outdoor heat exchangers 19a, 19b, outdoor fans 20a, 20b, and radiators 50a, 50b for circulating the cooling water of the gas engine 30 in a heat exchanging chamber 60, the outdoor fans 20a, 20b are constituted to be rotatable forward and backward. In the cooling operation, the air flows in order of the outdoor heat exchangers 19a, 19b, and the radiators 50a, 50b by the outdoor fans 20a, 20b, and in the heating operation, the outdoor fans 20a, 20b are reversely rotated with respect to the cooling operation, so that the air flows in order of the radiators 50a, 50b and the outdoor heat exchangers 19a, 19b.
