<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a space for a connection part in piping by a connector. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this connector 10 before inserting piping, a flange engagement claw 66 is inclined from a window 33 of a rotary sleeve 30, and inclining posture of the flange engagement claw 66 is visibly recognized by a worker. In this case, a protruding thing from a housing 20 does not exist in the periphery of the connector 10. When piping P is inserted, the flange engagement claw 66 is engaged with a flange part Pa, and is changed to a standing posture that can be housed inside a sleeve peripheral wall of the rotary sleeve 30, and with operation for rotating the rotary sleeve 30, outward opening of the flange engagement claw is hindered.
