<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vector enabling a molecular study of pathogenic fungi used in the RNAi technique. <P>SOLUTION: The vector consists of a plasmid having a first signal protein sequence joining operably to a first promoter controlling the expression of a first signal protein in a fungus, a second signal protein sequence joining operably to a second promoter controlling the expression of a second signal protein in the fungus, and the cloning site of the aimed gene positioned in the first signal protein sequence 3' non-translational region.
