<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die device which can easily perform height adjustment by a simple operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A retainer collar 13 is provided to the upper part of a punch guide 3 vertically movably incorporating a punch body 9, an energizing means 23 energizing the punch head 21 in the upper direction is provided between a punch head 21 provided only vertically movably inside a spring collar 15 provided integrally with the retainer collar 13 and the retainer collar 13, further, an elevation regulating part 15A freely regulating the movement of the punch head 21 in the upper direction is provided to the spring collar 15, the punch head 21 and the upper edge part of the punch body 9 are screwed so as to be relatively vertically adjustable, and the retainer collar 13 is provided to the punch guide 3 turnably and also in a freely fixable manner for relatively rotating the punch head 21 to the punch body 9.
