<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily peelable film having sealability, easily peelability and peeling appearance each good enough to be used for a lid material of an accommodating vessel and showing excellent antistatic property, and to provide a lid material. <P>SOLUTION: The easily peelable film has a seal layer and a neighboring layer, the seal layer constructing one surface, wherein the seal layer is formed of a thermoplastic resin composition containing 100 pts.mass. of an ethylene-unsaturated ester copolymer component (A) or a mixture of an ethylene-unsaturated ester copolymer (A-1) and an ethylene-unsaturated ester copolymer (A-2), 5 to 40 pts.mass., based on 100 pts.mass. of the ethylene-unsaturated ester copolymer component (A), of a tackifying resin (B), and 5 to 30 pts.mass. of a polymer-type antistatic agent (C); and the neighboring layer is formed of an ethylene-base resin-containing resin (D). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
