<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device securing a large fastening force of a processing member, securing a large moving stroke of a clamping member, and stably holding the processing member with high precision. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A clamp device includes a clamp member 9 held on a base plate 2 so as to be slidable between a cancel position and holding position of a processing material; a plate cam 13 rotatably attached to the base plate 2 to perform rotating movement by an operation lever 15; and a link 17 for connecting the clamp member 9 and the plate cam 13 to make the clamp member 9 slide by the rotation of the plate cam 13, wherein a cam surface 13a is formed on the plate cam 13, for pressing the clamp member 9 in the holding position of the processing material.
