PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gateway apparatus that reduces processing load of control instruction of an IP controller even if the number of control instructions increases. SOLUTION: The query receiving part 21 of a translator 11 receives a control instruction from a client 2. A load determination part 25 determines whether the control instruction is set as an object of aggregation, based on a load information of a controller corresponding to a facility device as an object of the control instruction. When the conrol instruction is set as an object to aggregation, a query transfer section 34 transfers the control instruction to an aggregator 12 corresponding to the control instruction. the query receiving section 51 of the aggregator 12 receives the control instruction from the translator 11. A query aggregation section 56 aggregates the control instruction as one aggregated control instruction. An aggregation query transmission section 57 transfers the aggregated control instruction to the translator 11.
