<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion control device of a conveyance device for shortening travel time, and for achieving excellent energy saving in an operation for making a traveling object move from a start point through a plurality of intermediate points to a target point. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This motion control device of a conveyance device includes a motion control part 7 for making a traveling object 3 perform the next operation. Movement paths R1 to Rm of a traveling object of every moving section M1 to Mm to a start point A, a plurality of intermediate points B1 to Bn and a target point C are decided as follows. With respect to straight lines L1 to Ln connecting both the ends of the moving sections M1 to Mn as the object of control, the moving paths are decided so that the traveling object 3 can move to a direction away from the directions where the terminals of the next moving sections M2 to Mm are positioned, and that the traveling object can approach those terminals.
