Provided is a polylactic acid resin composite which comprises polylactic acid resin and a metal hydrate surface-treated with at least one type of silane coupling agent chosen from the group consisting of amino silane coupling agents, mercapto silane coupling agents, and isocyanate silane coupling agents. At most 0.2 mass% of the metal hydrate comprises alkali metals. Also provided is a polylactic acid resin molded article formed by molding the polylactic acid resin composite.
