The brake has a slope provided downwards to a wheel bearing plate (2) and a wheel supporting plate (3) by moving a wheel dead plate (1) i.e. mirror. The slope is blocked by a locking plate in a position by impact of a tension spring. A swivelable attachment of the wheel supporting plate at a frame (5) is selected such that a displacement is maintained and the slope downwards to a positioning mechanism is caused during application of force on the wheel dead plate. The wheel supporting plate and the locking plate are fixed at the frame in a rotatable manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for preventing rolling of a vehicle.
