PURPOSE:To correct the relative position of a screen printing pattern of solder cream etc. to a mounting head, as well as to discriminate shears in screen printing and to judge whether the conditions of the printing are good or bad, by printing positioning marks in a screen printing process, and detecting the positions of the positioning marks and the conditions of the printing in a mounting process with a picture image recognizing means. CONSTITUTION:Solder pastes 5a, 5b ara printed on black printed resistors 10a, 10b of a printed board 3 as printed position recognizing marks. The printed board 3 conveyed by a conveyer etc. to a part mounting process 2 is mounted on and fixed to a board position control table 8. And, the board position control table 8 is moved respectively so that positions to be in the centers of the printed position recognizing marks 5a, 5b may come to the center of the visual field of an image sensing means 6. Picture image information of the printed position recognizing marks 5a, 5b picked up by the image sensing means, is processed by a picture image recognizing means 7. And, when the printed position recognizing marks have prescribed areas and positional shears are also within a limit criterion, the board position control table is moved by the amounts of the shears and the relative position to the mounting head is corrected. |
