PURPOSE: A conductive contactor having a conductive substrate layer and a method of producing the same are provided to increase the flexibility and prevent the bent phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: An electricity contact pin with elasticity includes an elastic core, a conductive base material layer, and an electrode. The conductive base material layer includes the stuff with electric conduction, which covers the whole or the part of the elastic core, or the composite which the metal film is laminated on a resin. The electrode is adhered to one side of the conductive base material layer.
