PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present effective information in response to a user-placed environment or a positional posture in its environment or the time or a state or his affectivity. SOLUTION: A user activity support agent 30 of a user support device has a target detecting evaluation module 31 for detecting a request, a desire or indication of a user in the shape of a target based on a user activity state or an environment state detected by a sensor group 10, an activity plan evaluation module 32 for presenting information for suggesting its planned activity by a user information presenting device 20 by planning activity of the user for attaining its target, and security control modules 33 and 34 for controlling an information disclosure degree to a signal from the sensor group 10 or information to the user information presenting device 20.
