PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side sill protector mounting structure capable of surely fixing a side sill protector with good appearance by a simple structure facilitating an assembling work. SOLUTION: The side sill protector 42 is mounted on a mounting surface 41 of a flap 23 located on a vehicle side O side in a standing state 31. A groove part 71 having a circular-arc shape in cross section is provided on a free end part side of the mounting surface 41, and the groove part 71 is formed over the whole length of the flap 23. An insertion part 104 held in an inserted state into the groove part 71 is provided at a distal end of a distal end plane part 103 of the side sill protector 42. The insertion part 104 is formed into a circular-arc shape suitable for the groove part 71. A fixing part 111 is provided in a base end plane part 101 of the side sill protector 42.
