PURPOSE: A growth factor-mimicking peptide and use thereof are provided to ensure same function or action with natural human growth factor and excellent stability and skin permeability. CONSTITUTION: A growth factor-mimicking peptide comprises an amino acid which is selected from an amino sequence of the sequence number 1 to 4 and is derived from a growth factor. The C-terminal of peptide is modified to hydroxy group or amino group. The N-terminal of peptide binds with a protection group selected from acetyl group, fluorenyl methoxy carbonyl group, formyl group, palmitoyl group, miristyl group, stearyl group or polyethylene glycol. |
