摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly distribute active power and reactive power by cooperatively controlling each distributed power supply, while suppressing the voltage variation. <P>SOLUTION: In this control method or the system for a plurality of wind turbine generators, each of which is formed by connecting a power converter 8 for converting an output of the generator 9 to a desired voltage and power to a master system 1 via an in-plant power transmission line 11, there are satisfied a first constraint condition, under which measurement values of an output voltage and the output power of each wind turbine generator at each control cycle are collected; and the variation amount of the active power of each wind turbine generator and a voltage variation amount of a linkage point 4 are absorbed by the reactive power of each wind turbine generator; a second constraint condition under which a lateral current between each wind power generator is suppressed; and a third constraint condition under which the active power of each wind turbine generator is limited into a range between an upper limit and a lower limit. Then, the active power and the reactive power of each wind turbine generator are controlled so that the variation in the active power, corresponding to the previous control cycle in the linkage point, is minimized, or the active power is maximized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
