PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate refilling of household tissues. SOLUTION: The container includes: a container body 1 having an opening 11 and used for storing household tissues therein; an inner lid 2 freely turnably attached to the container body so as to open or close the opening and having a take-out opening 21 for taking out the household tissue stored in the container body; and an outer lid 3 freely turnably attached to the container body so as to open or close the take-out opening. A plurality of sheets of household tissue Q as a refill can be filled in the container body via the opening brought into an open position by turning the inner lid in a predetermined direction.
