<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-based resin extrusion foam which is a foam with a high foaming ratio and which is excellent in control of the foaming ratio, and to provide a polylactic acid-based resin extrusion foam which is excellent in stability of discharge in manufacturing and which has a high foaming ratio by regulating the size of the foaming nucleating agent. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The polylactic acid-based resin foam is a polylactic acid-based resin extrusion foam prepared by foaming a crystalline polylactic acid-based resin composition with a volatile foaming agent in a supercritical state, wherein the crystalline polylactic acid-based resin composition contains the foaming nucleating agent, of which the number average particle diameter is >1 μm and <30 μm, of 5-10 pts.wt., with respect to the crystalline polylactic acid-based resin of 100 pts.wt.
