PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method capable of easily and efficiently providing a concrete floor structure having superior levelness and excellent aesthetic appearance using plate-like facing materials such as natural stones and tiles even by unskilled plasterers and tile setters by improving the construction efficiency of the facing materials such as natural stones and tiles, and also provide a concrete floor structure provided by the construction method. SOLUTION: This method of constructing a concrete floor structure 11 comprises a step of applying a primer 12 for self-leveling material mortar on the upper surface of a concrete floor and drying the primer, a step of placing a self-leveling material slurry 13 obtained by mixing a self-leveling material and water and conditioning the mixed material and hardening the slurry, and a step of laying down the plate-like facing materials 15.
