PURPOSE: An apartment self-governing broadcasting system using an idle TV channel is provided to make apartment residents use various information provided through an idle channel. CONSTITUTION: An apartment self-governing broadcasting system using an idle TV channel comprises the following steps. Various data are stored in a server(S100). The various data are transmitted to an idle channel of each home TV passing an apartment community receiving facility and a wire facility through a set top box and a modulator(S200). Data transmitted to the idle channel are checked(S300). The data are transmitted to a server using SMS and MMS(S400). |
