PURPOSE: An Out casing and a ground drilling device using the same are provided to improve shape of the out casing by inserting into foundation using a blow generator. CONSTITUTION: An out casing(51) comprises a tube body(511), a guide unit(512) and a protrusion(513). The guide unit is combined with one side of the tube body in longitudinal direction. The protrusion is combined with the other side of the tube body in longitudinal direction and surrounds the outer circumference of the tube body. The protrusion has a bonding groove. The guide unit is a pair of plates protruded from the tube body. The bonding groove is connected to a bent unit.
