<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate system which enables the family to feel easy by actually feeling a security set of a gate unit installed outdoors. <P>SOLUTION: The gate system has the gate unit 11 which is used by being installed near passages (6 and 5) from a road 2 to entrances (4 and 7) outside a house 1 having no fence or enclosure at least on a boundary between the road 2 and a site 3, adjacent to each other.
