摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of selectively and sensitively detecting nucleic acid, and reliable large-scale screening methods, for a large number of genomic mutations in heterogeneous biological samples. SOLUTION: The invention provides methods of detecting mutation with high sensitivity and high selectivity. In a general embodiment, the invention comprises a single base extension reaction that is repeated at least once.
