SPIRAL CONTACTOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral contactor having superior electric continuity, and its manufacturing method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This is a convex type spiral contactor 2 in which at least one recess part can be formed on a surface of a Cu foil by using the Cu foil formed at the tip position of the spiral contactor 2, and which has the tip 2a in the center of a spiral. A plurality of spiral contactors 2 mutually in parallel and arranged and installed in a spiral shape around the same center are merged and integrated at the tip 2a, and at least one convex part 2d is provided at a position of the tip 2a of the spiral contactor 2.
