<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diffuse thermal energy generated by a plurality of light emitting diodes to the outside efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: An illumination lamp comprises an attachment board 4 on whose one side 4a a protection cover 3 transmitting light from a plurality of projectors 2 is fixed so as to cover them, the projectors 2 using light emitting diodes as light sources and being fixed planarly on the protection cover 3, a plurality of plate cooling fins 5 protruding from the other side 4b of the attachment board to discharge heat generated by the projectors, and a housing 6 including a housing recession 6a and the attachment board being fixed thereon, wherein the attachment board is provided so as to form a space S for external air intake with an inner peripheral wall 6d of the housing, wherein the plurality of plate cooling fins protrude above the space for external intake so that they can be cooled down by the external air entering from the space, and wherein the housing has a plurality of slits 63 for discharging the external air heated by the heat dissipation from the plate cooling fins through the space for external air intake. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
