<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system for transmitting state information including biological information of a person who carries a terminal, to a mobile communication terminal side for receiving a call. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication system comprises: mobile communication terminals 10a, 10b; radio base stations 20a, 20b for performing radio communications with the mobile communication terminals 10a, 10b; a base station control device 30 for communicating with and controlling the radio base stations 20a, 20b; and an in-vehicle unit for communicating with the mobile terminal 10b and acquiring biological information of a person who carries the mobile communication terminal 10b. In the mobile communication system, the mobile communication terminal 10b includes a location information acquiring section for acquiring location information of the mobile communication terminal 10b, a moving speed information calculating section for calculating moving speed information of the terminal, and a biological information acquiring means for acquiring biological information from the in-vehicle unit.
