<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience when contents data is selected and reproduced at a contents data reproduction apparatus for a vehicle for use in reproducing contents data stored in a mobile unit within a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This contents data reproduction apparatus comprises a data selecting part 3a, a display unit 13 and a reproduction unit 31. The data selecting part 3a preferentially selects new contents data in the contents data when an occupant of a vehicle receives the contents data stored in a mobile unit 25. The display 13 displays a title of contents selected by the data selecting part 3a to the occupant.
