PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed a resin to a compression molding device such as a resin sealing device or pre-molding device with a uniform thickness. SOLUTION: A resin feeding mechanism for feeding resin 110 to the compression molding device such as a resin sealing device or pre-molding device comprises a shooter 112 vertically extending, and a diffusion body for diffusing the resin 110, which is located within the shooter 112.
