PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct an image blur by low consumption of power without making a servo correction to the effect of gravity, by controlling a lens in a rotary system. SOLUTION: An image blur correction device includes: a lens fixing section 110: a lens support section 120 rotatable around two axes in a yaw direction and a pitch direction relative to the lens fixed part; the single lens L having a curved face on at least one of the sides; a vibration detecting device 220 that detects vibration of imaging equipment: and a drive section 130 that rotates a lens support member at least in the yaw direction and/or pitch direction so that movement of an image point, caused by an image blur, may be corrected according to the output of the vibration detecting means. The rotation of the lens support section is controlled so that the support point of the single lens and the gravity center of the single lens may coincide.
