PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake alarm system that adopts lighting of lighting equipment in a dwelling unit etc. as a notification means of an earthquake and positively notifies a resident of lighting of the lighting equipment. SOLUTION: The earthquake alarm system includes: a receiving device 11 for monitoring a communication transmission circuit and receiving an earthquake early warning signal; a notification control device 12 for outputting a notification control signal when the receiving device 11 receives the earthquake early warning signal; and a lighting control device 13 having a function to notify an emergency by lighting control of a lighting device 14 according to the notification control signal.
