<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment in which the increase of number of components and the increase of assembling man-hour are suppressed by forming an antenna portion in a part of a reinforcing member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mobile telephone 1 includes an operation unit side housing 2 having a key hole 14a, a key sheet 40C arranged in the operation unit side housing 2, a conductive key frame 40B arranged between the operation unit side housing 2 and the key sheet 40C having a hole portion 14c, an input operation key member 14b arranged so as to be exposed outside through at least the key hole 14a in one side face of the key sheet 40C, an antenna portion 108 for transmitting/receiving in the shape of loop arranged in the opposite side of the key sheet 40C, formed in a part of the key switch 51 and the key frame 40B, being capable of transmitting/receiving a signal in a predetermined frequency band, and an RFID portion 101 to process the signal transmitted/received by the antenna portion 108 for transmitting/receiving, arranged in the operation unit side housing 2.
