<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication processing device efficiently setting a plurality of transmission mates, even if the plurality of transmission mates set by one transmission job are not registered in a transmission mate list as a single group. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This communication processing device 10 has a transmission processing part 33 for transmitting transmission data inputted via a transmission data input part 37 to the transmission mate selected by a transmission mate selecting part 32 from the transmission mate list, and a transmission history management part 34 for storing the transmission mate or a subject of a transmitted job as transmission history information. The transmission mate selecting part 32 is provided with a transmission history retrieving part 35 for repeating squeezing retrieval for retrieving the transmission history information by a second retrieval key by displaying the transmission history information extracted by retrieving the transmission history information by a first retrieval key as a retrieved list, and a group transmission setting part 36 for setting the plurality of transmission mates included in the transmission history information retrieved by the transmission history retrieving part 35 as a transmission mate of a new transmission job.
