<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a plan not sufficiently using the convenience of a vehicle and a situation not fitted to a highly aged society since a conventional apartment house ordinarily has a parking lot at a first floor and a first basement, and has a system where a person gets off the vehicle, carries a luggage, gets on an elevator with it, gets off the elevator at a floor to allow his/her own house to be located thereon, walks on a corridor, reaches the entrance of his/her own house and enters it. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Since a parking lot is extended to each house of an apartment house as a vehicle road (slope), a self-propelling parking lot is enabled to be located at the front of the entrance even at a further upper floor. A maisonette dwelling story is arranged according to the inclination of a slope on a story where the parking lot and the entrance are located and thus an environment which is close to the vehicle but independent as a house is enabled to be secured.
