<p>The device has a sensor (3) e.g. charge coupled device camera, acquiring an image reflected by a surface to be inspected positioned on a front face of a display device (2) e.g. LCD, and at periphery of the display device. A reflecting unit (6) e.g. deflecting mirror, is positioned with respect to the surface to be inspected so as to direct the image reflected by the surface to be inspected towards the sensor. The display device is oriented with respect to the surface to be inspected at an angle such that the display device is viewed by the sensor at normal incidence.</p> |
