PURPOSE: A plasma display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to lower the discharge voltage and implement the high efficiency of the plasma display panel using the cesium oxide and the oxide of the second group elements. CONSTITUTION: A protective film includes a scan electrode, a sustain electrode, and the first dielectrics and the cesium oxide(196) and the oxide(198) of the second group elements in the first top of the substrates. The first panel includes the protective film(195). The fluorescent substance is attached with the first panel, and the partition is arranged therebetween. The fluorescent substance is formed on the side of the address electrode, the second dielectrics, the partition and the second dielectrics. |
